- What if we run out of hours?
- We tell you before we get there, not after. You approve a change order at $115/hour or we cut scope to fit. There is no invoice you did not agree to.
- Do we own the code and the data?
- Yes, both. The repository is assigned to you on delivery and the database is yours. There is no hosting lock-in and no revenue share.
- Can you take over an existing codebase?
- Usually yes, if it is React or TypeScript. We read the repository first and quote the hour count against what is actually there.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes. Send yours with the brief, or ask on the call and we sign before scope is discussed.
- Do you build games too?
