Terms of Service

Effective March 21, 2026 · Last updated June 12, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReactivVibeAI platform at reactivvibeai.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3. Creator Content Submissions & Representations

Creators may submit content including but not limited to AI-generated videos, music, short films, concept art, and other creative works through the Platform's submission process. By uploading or submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

4. Content Ownership & Platform License

Creators retain full ownership of their original content. By submitting content, you grant ReactivVibeAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable Baseline License to: stream, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform, AIflix, and AI Radio; use it in portfolio showcases, marketing materials, social media, and promotional trailers; embed advertisements alongside it; and create thumbnails, previews, and promotional clips. This license lasts as long as your content is hosted on the Platform (see Section 12 for removal).

4.1 Platform Programs. Some Platform products use your content in ways beyond the Baseline License. Each is a separate, named grant governed by its own terms below and controlled from your Creator Dashboard → Licensing Center: (a) Reactive Rhythm game (Section 4A); (b) Merchandise Program (Section 9A-1, opt-in); (c) MP3 Download Sales (opt-in, terms published before launch); (d) Game Developer Licensing Program (opt-in, terms at the program page). For every program, the dashboard shows what rights you grant, what you earn, and a working withdrawal control. We record each consent (account, timestamp, program, assets).

4A. Reactive Rhythm — Interactive Game Use

Reactive Rhythm is a Platform rhythm game in which submitted music becomes playable levels.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Platform utilizes third-party AI tools and models (including but not limited to Kling, Sora, Seedance, and other generative AI services) to create content during live streams and for submission processing.

6. Consent to Public Display & Use of Likeness

By creating an account and submitting content, you consent to:

You may update your display name and avatar at any time through your dashboard settings.

7. Prohibited Content

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, withholding of earnings derived from the violating content (to the extent permitted by applicable law), account suspension, or permanent ban at the Platform's sole discretion.

7a. Acceptable Use & Monetization Policy

In compliance with our payment processor's requirements and to maintain a safe platform, the following categories of content are strictly prohibited from monetization, distribution, or hosting on the Platform. Violations will result in immediate action as described below.

Enforcement: Content violating this policy will be immediately demonetized and removed. The creator may face withholding of earnings derived from the violating content, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities. For full details on how we moderate content, see our Content Policy at reactivvibeai.com/content-policy.

8. Ad Revenue Sharing & Payouts

The Platform generates revenue through Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, and other advertising partners. Creators whose content is approved and featured on AIflix are eligible for revenue sharing under the following terms:

9. Payments, Donations & Refunds

All payments — including service orders, Support the Show fees, tips, and consultation bookings — are processed securely through Stripe.

9A. Merchandise Store Terms (Buyer)

Physical merchandise is produced and fulfilled on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc., and paid via Stripe. Total price including shipping and applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Estimated production/shipping timeframes appear on each product page; if we cannot ship within the stated time we will notify you and offer waiting or a full refund. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are replaced or refunded if reported within 30 days of delivery with photos. Because items are made on demand, returns for buyer's remorse or sizing are not accepted unless required by law. International orders may incur customs duties payable by the buyer. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer-protection rights.

9A-1. Merchandise Program Terms (Artist)

Artists may opt in to the Merchandise Program from the Licensing Center. By opting in, you grant ReactivVibeAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce your designated album artwork, artist name, and branding on physical merchandise produced by Printful, Inc. and sold through the Platform store. You warrant you own or control commercial reproduction rights in all designated artwork and branding. Your revenue share and the net-revenue formula are displayed before you opt in. You may withdraw at any time; withdrawal stops new sales but does not affect orders already placed. Consent records are retained.

9B. Prize Pools, Prize Wheels & Promotions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win any Platform prize promotion, and purchase does not improve odds. Each promotion is governed by Official Rules at reactivvibeai.com/promo-rules, including eligibility, the free alternative method of entry (AMOE), entry period, odds, and prize values. Void where prohibited. Participants must be 18+.

10. DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy

ReactivVibeAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.

10A. AI Voice & Likeness (Digital Replica) Takedown Policy

ReactivVibeAI prohibits content containing an AI-generated replica of any real person's voice, image, or likeness without that person's written consent. Notice: send to reactivvibeai@gmail.com, subject 'Voice/Likeness Takedown Notice', including (1) the person depicted; (2) the content URL; (3) a statement the use was unauthorized; (4) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the affected person or their authorized agent; (5) contact info and signature. Action: we promptly remove or disable access and notify the uploader, who may respond with evidence of consent. Repeat violations: three substantiated notices = permanent termination, consistent with our DMCA repeat-infringer policy. Attestation: by submitting content you affirm it contains no real person's voice, image, or likeness without written consent.

11. Platform Rights & Enforcement

ReactivVibeAI reserves the right to:

12. Creator Departure & Content Removal

This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data, content, or anticipated earnings. The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReactivVibeAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your content submissions, (c) your violation of these Terms, (d) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights, or (e) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReactivVibeAI regarding your use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.
