By using ReactivVibeAI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of every track, video, and image you upload. By submitting, you grant ReactivVibeAI a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and promote your work on the platform and in marketing of the platform. You can remove your work at any time.

Payments and payouts

Tips and Sparks are processed via Stripe. We take a 10% platform fee; you keep 90%. Cashouts are available from $25 and process every Friday.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have rights to. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harass another user. See our Content Policy for full detail.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
