- Master files at 1080p (4K on Launch Kit and above), delivered as H.264 MP4 plus a ProRes master on request.

Revisions
1 revision round is included per deliverable. A round is one consolidated set of notes covering edit, pacing, text and colour. Extra rounds are $250 per deliverable and quoted before we start them.
The dated-delivery guarantee
We agree your date before we start; if we miss it, you don't pay for the late deliverable. The date is written into your order before any work begins, and it is the date we plan the schedule backwards from.
Questions we get asked
- Do you need my product physically?
- No. We work from your product photography, renders, packaging artwork or an existing 3D file. If you have none of those, a short phone shoot on a clean background is enough.
- Who owns the finished film?
- You do, for commercial use: paid media, organic social, your own site, and client work if you are an agency. Rights are assigned on delivery. We keep the right to show a version in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
- Is the work disclosed as AI?
- Every delivery ships with a provenance sheet stating which parts were machine-generated and which were authored by a person. We prepare the disclosure artefacts referenced by EU AI Act Article 50 and California SB 942. That is documentation, not legal advice.
- What if the film misses the brief?
- You see a rough cut before finishing. If the rough cut is wrong we re-cut it, and that does not count as your revision round.
