Never Like Her — zare

Artist's note

The song is about how a betrayed trust changes the way a person experiences each subsequent love — a new person may be present, but compares to someone who left a deep mark. This is not just a song about new love not being like the previous one. On a deeper level, it is about a man who once lost his trust and now looks at every new love through the scar of the old one.
