“Identity” What happens when the person in the mirror isn’t you anymore? “Identity” is a modern metalcore track about dissociation, losing yourself, and fighting to take your life back. It starts in that numb, disconnected place where everything feels automatic… like you’re watching someone else live your life. But it doesn’t stay there. This song turns into a confrontation. The mirror cracks. The mask breaks. The voice comes back. Built on heavy riffs, aggressive screams, and a breakdown designed to hit like a punch to the chest, “Identity” is about ripping control back from the version of you that isn’t real anymore. Not me.
